Especially vibrant, shimmering colors are characteristic of the Smalto series mosaic. Using artisan techniques, the enamel granules are added to the glass where they color the tesserae with a particular flamed effect, making them unique and one-of-a-kind.
Ermes Kappa
Wood is a prefinished 15mm thick parquet consisting of a 4-mm-thick top layer of oak on a birch plywood backing, assembled according to the strictest production standards. Wood has excellent wear and stability results and can be laid on floors with radiant heating. The surface is brushed and finished with a varnish, which makes this product extremely resistant to stains and suitable for high-traffic floors. Wood is fire retardant, being approved to European Fire Reaction class Cfl-s1, and meets the requirements dictated by the CE marking regulations for wood floors.

LE GEMME
The Le Gemme series is fashioned using artisan techniques and expert hand-craftsmanship that make each tessera unique, luxurious and one-of-a-kind. The individuality of this series derives from the special glass-coloring technique that includes the addition of aventurine and colored enamel granules. Aventurine is a type of glass obtained through artisan craftsmanship, a technique passed down by the Murano glass masters for centuries. Copper crystals mixed with brilliant metal oxides are found inside aventurine where they create a golden scintillating flamed effect in the mosaic tesserae.

GLOSS
The Gloss series is made up of glass tesserae that display iridescent surface reflections. They are produced and colored with oxides that, fusing completely with the glass, allow the creation of pure colors. The iridescence is achieved by spraying a chemical product on the incandescent glass tesserae that, reacting to the heat, produces this very sophisticated, elegant effect.

GLOW
The Glow series is made up of glass tesserae that display a wavy surface with iridescent reflections. They are produced and colored with oxides that, fusing completely with the glass, allow the creation of pure colors. The wavy effect is obtained through the use of a special mold. The iridescence, instead, is achieved by spraying a chemical product on the incandescent glass tesserae that, reacting to the heat, produces this very sophisticated, elegant effect.

VETRICOLOR
The Vetricolor series is known for its rich, vibrant hues achieved through the use of oxides that, fusing completely with the glass, allow the creation of pure colors. The addition of sand to the pâte de verre during the coloring phase of the Vetricolor series of glass tesserae produces a typical sand-blasted effect that lends greater three-dimensionality to the color.
-
CANVAS
The Canvas series features a unique textured dot-like pattern in the glass. This texture is obtained through the addition of high-melting point powders to color the glass which, unlike oxides, do not melt completely, lending the tesserae a distinctive interwoven effect reminiscent of a fabric weft.
-
FLOW
Use of a special mold is key to producing the wavy effect in the Flow glass mosaic tesserae. The rich, vibrant hues are attained through the use of oxides that, fusing completely with the glass, allow the creation of pure colors. The addition of sand to the pâte de verre during the coloring phase produces a typical sand-blasted effect that lends greater three-dimensionality to the color.

ORO BIS
The tesserae in the Oro Bis collection are fashioned with 24 kt gold foil (Oro Bis giallo) or a gold and silver alloy (Oro Bis bianco) inserted between two protective layers of glass. The presence of the precious metal and the artisan-crafted process make this collection extremely luxurious. Because the tesserae are beveled ‒ like those in all the other collections of the same shape ‒ the Oro Bis tesserae are compatible in shape and thickness with the Bisazza glass mosaic collections, allowing them to be used in blends, shadings and patterns.
